Salesman was not familiar with car I purchased and unfortunately did not have accessory/option that I was lead to believe was in car...in fact I would of upgraded to an S5 (bought A5 Sportback) had I unfortunately did not have accessory/option that I was lead to believe was in car...in fact I would of upgraded to an S5 (bought A5 Sportback) had I known option not included...was very sad after purchase instead of being happy. People were nice but I'm frustrated..there are medical and physical reasons I needed for this option....Finance service person seemed more interested in getting information out of me about my profession instead of getting down to business...
