We were stranded on a cold nite halfway to our destination, York, on 12/26. For senior seniors this was a very stressful situation - our Audi was DOA. Joe and his colleagues made us comfortable while waiting for our "rescue" ride. I was told that diagnosing the root cause was difficult but your experts uncovered the problem, made the repairs all the while communicating with us to assure the problem would be rectified expeditiously. The car was delivered on time and the cause was explained in clear language so that we could proceed without further concern. You should be proud of all the staff, especially Joe, for their professionalism and their care for or well-being. A Happy New Year to all. More
