How service departments should all run! I’ve never been overly interested in Subaru. I bought an outback from Mark Miller South Towne and was instantly impressed at the way I was treated. No I’ve never been overly interested in Subaru. I bought an outback from Mark Miller South Towne and was instantly impressed at the way I was treated. Now after three visits for regularly scheduled maintenance I am completely wowed this dealership should be the model for how every vehicle dealership should do business at this point we are looking at trading in our Honda odyssey to get a Subaru ascent just so that we get treated so well when we need service flawless experience every time! More

Passenger airbag recall I brought in my Subaru Legacy for the passenger side airbag recall. I had previously made an appointment and was told the replacement could take from I brought in my Subaru Legacy for the passenger side airbag recall. I had previously made an appointment and was told the replacement could take from 4 to 6 hours to complete. Having said that, the service staff was waiting and ready to work on my car. I am from out of state and when the service mechanics found out that I would be waiting in the waiting room for the entire time, they said they would try to expedite my wait time, even though I assured them that I had brought a book with me and was looking forward to the time to read. They did indeed finish my car in record time. I was thrilled with their thoughtfulness and professionalism. We have 2 Subarus - a legacy and an outback. We have only had them serviced with Mark Miller in Sandy since we have purchased them, even though there are other dealers closer. They have always done excellent work. We love them!! More

Make sure you get all your belongings Took my Forester in for maintenance yesterday. While I waited in the nice area they created for their customers, I was reading my Kindle Fire HD 8 to Took my Forester in for maintenance yesterday. While I waited in the nice area they created for their customers, I was reading my Kindle Fire HD 8 to pass the time. When they called me into the auto bay to pay for the service, I accidentally left in on the counter. I won't name the person who was handling the service of my vehicle and who rang me up but when I called today and after checking twice, once with everyone and once with the specific serviceman, they informed me they didn't have it. I am very disappointed to say the least and I can't stay with a dealership that to me doesn't have honest employees. More
