Paperwork went smoothly and easily. Bought a used car but when it could not be delivered when I wanted, staff accommodated me with a new car for about the same payment. What and why a payment was comfortable for me was taken into account. Staff followed up to ensure I was doing well with my new car. My 2014 BMW was well-love by Daniels and me over the past 10 years. I know I will be getting the same with my 2024 for the next 10 years! P.S.- Dillon helped me move all my belonging from my old care to my new car. I noticed he sniffling. He downplayed his allergies being kind to my feeling and finished. More
