My career in the auto industry began in 1988. I joined the Capital Eurocars family in 2005. The professionalism of the people and the teamwork in order to promote customer satisfaction is one of the best parts about working here. I moved to Florida in 2005 from Thousand Oaks, CA. I have been married for 11 years with 3 great kids; two daughters, ages 9 and 7, and a son who is almost 5. In my free time I enjoy any activity outdoors, and spending time with a great family and friends!

I am thrilled with the service I received when I brought my car in to be serviced. Jess Carbaugh really listened to my repair concerns and made sure the technicians checked out all of them! I have had poor experiences with the local BMW in Albany, GA. I am glad I tried Capital BMW and have now moved my business with you all. Outstanding BMW Dealership I have been a client of Capital BMW since 1996. There is a major reason why I keep going back to this dealership, they treat me like family. On my latest BMW Service, I was provided a short video by the technician of the work that was completed and the items that could use some attention in the future. This short video was AMAZING! I could see with my own eyes what the technician was referring too. Outstanding idea by the dealership! Service Manager Joe Gruen and his staff always do an outstanding job on my vehicles. Thank you!
