I had a ride quality issue come up when I decided to upgrade to aftermarket rims. The rim manufacturer Avant Garde needed a professional opinion from my local BMW dealership. Service Advisor Ian Wyre and Service Manager Joe Gruen quickly evaluated the rim issue. Service Manager Gruen went out of his way to directly speak with rim manufacturer to notify them of their defective rim. Within a few days, I was able to receive a replacement product to get me safely on the road. I can't say enough great things about this dealership. They treat me like family.
