My career in the auto industry began in 1988. I joined the Capital Eurocars family in 2005. The professionalism of the people and the teamwork in order to promote customer satisfaction is one of the best parts about working here. I moved to Florida in 2005 from Thousand Oaks, CA. I have been married for 11 years with 3 great kids; two daughters, ages 9 and 7, and a son who is almost 5. In my free time I enjoy any activity outdoors, and spending time with a great family and friends!

I had a ride quality issue come up when I decided to upgrade to aftermarket rims. The rim manufacturer Avant Garde needed a professional opinion from my local BMW dealership. Service Advisor Ian Wyre an upgrade to aftermarket rims. The rim manufacturer Avant Garde needed a professional opinion from my local BMW dealership. Service Advisor Ian Wyre and Service Manager Joe Gruen quickly evaluated the rim issue. Service Manager Gruen went out of his way to directly speak with rim manufacturer to notify them of their defective rim. Within a few days, I was able to receive a replacement product to get me safely on the road. I can't say enough great things about this dealership. They treat me like family.
