Smooth and hassle free After searching several websites and considering dozens of vehicles that ALMOST met my criteria, I asked Joe to see what he could find on the dealer a After searching several websites and considering dozens of vehicles that ALMOST met my criteria, I asked Joe to see what he could find on the dealer auction networks. He was able to find a few more, but still nothing that I wanted to pull the trigger on. I ultimately settled on 4 - none of which were perfect, but close enough. As a last ditch effort I decided to see if there were any of last year's models available new on the lot. Of course there weren't any, but what they DID have was a new model (this year) Explorer that checked every single box on my "must-have" list. I ended up paying only about $3000 more for a brand new one - and in some cases it was actually LESS than some of the used ones I was considering. Chad was very friendly and professional. He was prompt with his replies and handled everything in a timely manner. As a former customer of Joe's he came out to assist as well. Both of these guys are approachable and easy to talk to. I never felt pressured into anything. Finding exactly what I wanted on the lot made everything go so smoothly. Assuming they don't bring in a bunch of weirdos I will do business with Cookeville Ford for many years to come. More
