Due to their incompetent and dishonest staff he had to get a return flight without purchasing a vehicle because they lied about the condition and quality of their inventory. Joe/James even stated that sometimes they don't even go out and check the details of the cars in the lot when people are inquiring. These folks just want the sale not the loyalty or customer relationship based off quality or honest product sales. I WARN ALL CUSTOMERS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! - and the google review are inaccurate - they are not a 5 star service provider - Check out legitimate reviews on yelp where they are not even a two star. I can only assume their employees are giving themselves stars on google. More

From the minute I walked in, they treated me like family. I fell in love with the Silverado and they worked with me explaining all the different programs I could qualify for to get me the best price, a price I was very comfortable with. They even let me take it home for a night to see if it was exactly what I wanted. The team at Lester Glenn Chevrolet was extremely accommodating throughout my entire time at the dealership, even up to the point where they got it detailed for me and my sales representative noticed a couple of marks on my truck and took the car back himself and had them re-detail it for me. It's the little things like that that add up to be the entire experience. I definitely would recommend this dealership - they made a very daunting task extremely easy, and I am grateful for that. More
