Bill listened and explained things thoroughly and professionally with no surprises. The numbers quoted were the ones paid with no surprises in the finance department. Just yesterday, my husband finally took the plunge and decided to trade in his Colorado for a Silverado. We were apprehensive about trading in a vehicle that was only 4 months young, but we decided to go for it. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by Joe Horsfield. His enthusiasm to help us out, as best as possible, was crystal clear. He directed us to Drew Ward. Drew was both enthusiastic and very understanding of the fact that my husband had simply wanted a bigger truck - the Colorado was great, but Tom missed the feel of a 'big' truck - he had driven a bigger truck for more than 13 years. Drew showed us a variety of models - those comparable to our Colorado, and others with some more features. After some time, we agreed on the trade-in value, which worked well for my husband and me, and we drove off with a new 2018 Silverado. Drew's attention to detail, obvious care to be sure that my husband didn't just 'settle' for any truck, and his consistent and genuine smile were the reasons that we decided to make this choice. On a funny note, he kept us hydrated and continually offered us something to drink. This is the 3rd time, in less than 1 year, that we have worked with Lester Glenn, be it Chevy or Jeep. All of the experiences have been professional, the conversations have been purposeful, and overall, the entire experience of purchasing vehicles has been stress-free. Someday, in the future, we will return to Lester Glenn dealerships to help our own children purchase their first vehicle. Thank you for making the experience a great one! Pleasantly Surprised It had been a while since we bought a new car, primarily because we hated the hassle and the game playing that is involved in the process. I called Lester Glenn and spoke with Samantha. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get down to atoms River.... life gets in the way and I was actually in no hurry. But, Samantha was persistent ( but not annoying) I went there and met with Scott our salesman who was very through in explaining the car and the process. He was upfront and made the whole experience painless. We were next introduced to the Financial Manager Nick. He too was awesome. We moved through that process quickly, he even found a small incentive we qualify for which saved us a few buck...... amazing, I know. And last the General Manage Joecame over to thank us for our business and told us to contact him directly if we had any questions. I finally felt like someone appreciated out business. I would honestly recommend this dealership 💯% More
