BMW of Wear Chester and my Service manager Joe Izzi were amazing! Had a small issue with my vehicle and they were able to get me scheduled at my convenience. I brought the vehicle in and they got it right amazing! Had a small issue with my vehicle and they were able to get me scheduled at my convenience. I brought the vehicle in and they got it right into service and told me a maximum of an an hour and a half turn around and 45 mins later I was already pulling out. Everything fixed and working like brand new and my car was spotless. The waiting area is great with a snack station, a station where u can plug in and work and a separate TV watching area. Best service department I have ever dealt with with and nicest waiting area ever. Special thx for Joe Izzi who went out of his way to keep me informed and went over everything step by step. More

AMAZING experience with BMW of West Chester and salesman Jesse!!! Spotted the used BMW convertible I had been searching for online at 1:30AM. Fired off an email because they had just listed it. Jesse responded first thing the next morning with pix and details and we worked out a great deal for me. I had just moved and ended having difficulties and delays in getting my license to complete the purchase but Jesse was. Rey reassuring and understanding and worked with me. Finally got that worked out but was stuck because I live 2 hours away and was unable to get a ride. Jesse arranged to drive the vehicle to me and drop it off. 5 days later there was a battery warning. BMW of West Chester went above and beyond and installed and programmed the new battery to my BMW free of charge and super fast. I’ll admit I was a little nervous buying any vehicle online, especially a BMW but I do not regret it. BMW of West Chester has a customer for life!! More
