From the moment I entered the service department, I was warmly greeted by Chris Clayton, who welcomed me with a big smile and addressed me by name. His professionalism and attentiveness set the tone for the visit, and he quickly took care of my vehicle after I finished speaking with Bill. While I waited, I enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed waiting area, complete with snacks, beverages, and Starbucks coffee. Before I knew it, my car was ready—fast, efficient, and hassle-free. I want to acknowledge that I drove over an hour and 25 minutes from Dover, Delaware, passing two other BMW M dealerships, just to receive the high-quality service provided at this location. The respect, kindness, and professionalism displayed by everyone made the trip well worth it. A special thank-you to Technician Ricky Perez for sending me a detailed inspection video—very informative and much appreciated.
