I wished they would have cleaned my car. I was told they would but in my three times of bringing my car they haven’t—although part of that was due to the renovation.

it was very easy to drop off my car for service. Joe was great to work with. They arranged a complimentary Uber to get me home so I didn’t have to sp

The only hiccup was that when Joe called back in the afternoon when the car was ready, he told me they would be arranging an Uber to bring me back to get my car. That didn’t happen, and when I reached out to Joe via text to ask about it, I didn’t hear anything back. I was able to pick up the car that evening when my friend got back from work, so it was only a few hour delay, and only a minor inconvenience. Other than that, everything was fantastic.
