Main issue with car (shift to park) appeared to me to be
under warranty. Sierra said "no" despite a GM bulletin about "shift to park" being under warranty. Servicing was $300 an hour for a total of $1400

Servicing was $300 an hour for a total of $1400 (included a "$150 "discount that the service manager thought I should be grateful for. Car kept for 2 weeks! (during Christmas & New Years, but still!) Explanations, communications and punctuality were poor (until I finally spoke to Joe). Asked to have tires checked and battery on fob/key replaced. Neither were done. Better Business Bureau rating of this dealership? An "F." I'm not surprised. Oh, and went I bought my car 8 years ago, they delivered a different car to me. I should have learned from that long ago. Won't be back.
