Joe informed me of all the options for my service and even let me know about a rideshare program they have where someone could pick me up and drop me off while I was waiting for my car. The service went much faster than I had expected and I’m happy to say I’m back out driving my car.
At the end of the day, you can get your oil changes and tire rotations anywhere. There are endless options. What makes the difference for me is the way I’m treated by a company and its employees. For a lot of us, $100 can be a lot of hard-earned money to dish out. I want to feel like a human. I want to feel like my car matters, cause it’s all I got! That’s what Joe at Sierra Chevrolet served up for me, a customer experience that went far above any expectations I had. And because of that, that’s where I’ll be bringing my vehicle from now on.
