Doug Friedman was our sales person and he was absolutely perfect!. He was/is very friendly, not pushy at all, very helpful with any and all questions that we had. He kept the process moving quickly and smoothly from first contact with him through delivery of the vehicle to our home and kept us up-to-date every step of the way. After delivery of the car he would follow up several times to ensure our happiness and if we had any questions about anything even after a year later. Doug went above and beyond to made us feel very comfortable and important he made buying a car painless enjoyable happy experience and it’s a great feeling to know that he’s always there for us if we need him. The only regret is, we didn’t have the opportunity to meet Doug in person we live too far away. In the future, if I need another vehicle, I will look to this dealership and Doug first. More
