On July 22, 2024, the team of professionals at the new Hyundai of St. Augustine dealership (Service Shop) proved that returning for a third time was a good decision. First; the manager, Joe King, kept his promise of ensuring that my Santa Fe would be serviced in a bay where I could observe the work being done through the glass window from the customer lobby. The service advisor was Justin. He did a great job with the initial greeting and kept me informed of the status throughout the appointment. The work was completed by Keith, who also did a great job, and more impressively spent a few minutes talking with me about the service, or answering any other questions I might have had. Second; great job to the car wash team! My first visit to the dealership for service was on a rainy day, so my SUV didn't get washed or vacuumed. I will not mention the second visit in this review... but my most recent visit, which was my third, left me impressed at how well the car wash team did with vacuuming and cleaning my car. Third; done in an excellent amount of time! Even though it was a simple oil change with tire rotation and complimentary wash-n-dry, I still want to mention that the time I spent there, about one hour, was a very reasonable amount of time. Overall, the service I received at Hyundai of St. Augustine was outstanding! I will definitely be returning, and I will also recommend the dealership to others. More

A certified vehicle, a 2015 Hyundai Veloseter with mileage of 20,581 vin# KMHTC6AD8FU222744 with a warranty until 7/2/2020 from Hyundai of St. Augustine, Fl. On 3/21/19 I brought the car into Hyundai of St. Augustine for problems with the steering. a clicking problem when steering wheel turns to the left and right. I believe it was a bad coupler because of all the call backs with Hyundai on steering problems. On April 5th I talked to the service Mgr, about the same problem I had before only now it is three times worse than it was. When you go 60 miles an hour and up the car is uncontrollable. It truly is a safety hazard and now we don't drive it. Today the car has 29,164 miles on it and the service Mgr. said it was out of warranty. AND I WANT IT FIXED UNDER THE WARRANTY when I brought it in on 3/21/19 when it should have bee fixed PROPERLY.
