Though I was warned it would take an hour to 90 mins, it felt like it took forever. It didnt seem like they were working fast pace and the fact that I had an appointment for an oil change they didn't seem t felt like it took forever. It didnt seem like they were working fast pace and the fact that I had an appointment for an oil change they didn't seem to care too much. I got sent home with a list of services I should get done, they never talked about it with me. Thankfully I know a few mechanics so they will explain it to me. I also am not sure why I needed synthetic in my car but thats what they charged me for and they put in there. I was not expecting to walk out of there with a 100 oil change but I guess that is what it is now. None of this was the techs fault, they are not at the front. It did seem like the whole area was in a cluster when I was there waiting too. More
