I brought my vehicle in for a recall. Got a call at 11 am telling me they were running late. Never heard back. Had to call twice and leave a message. Cashier told me to go to service. Which was closed. Never received confirmation my recall was actually done? Still don’t know. 2 sales people contacted Manager on sight to get my keys. Drove home without paperwork, etc. i understand they just moved computer systems. But a phone call would have been nice to tell me my car was done. More
