I gave specific instructions regarding what I did not want my service technician to do 4 times, then he did it anyways. I then talked to him about it and he did it again after that. Then, when I spoke to want my service technician to do 4 times, then he did it anyways. I then talked to him about it and he did it again after that. Then, when I spoke to the service manager, the first thing he said, and reiterated multiple times, was the service tech didn’t do anything wrong even though he explicitly disregarded my instructions.
