They forgot to tighten the lug nuts on 2 of my wheels. Not forgot 1 lug nut, they missed TEN of the twenty lug nuts on my car. When I called the manager I got “we’ll look into it” as an answer. This is a Not forgot 1 lug nut, they missed TEN of the twenty lug nuts on my car. When I called the manager I got “we’ll look into it” as an answer. This is a horrible liability and to not have anything other than a “we’ll look into it” as an answer is an absolute joke. More

I gave specific instructions regarding what I did not want my service technician to do 4 times, then he did it anyways. I then talked to him about it and he did it again after that. Then, when I spoke to want my service technician to do 4 times, then he did it anyways. I then talked to him about it and he did it again after that. Then, when I spoke to the service manager, the first thing he said, and reiterated multiple times, was the service tech didn’t do anything wrong even though he explicitly disregarded my instructions. More
