I was there for about 2 hours for service (oil change and tire rotation) very long time, no body explain to me the reason until 5 minutes before the job it was done!!!! And I was not happy about taking that tire rotation) very long time, no body explain to me the reason until 5 minutes before the job it was done!!!! And I was not happy about taking that long for service when I had a previous appointment!!! Thanks More

They forgot to tighten the lug nuts on 2 of my wheels. Not forgot 1 lug nut, they missed TEN of the twenty lug nuts on my car. When I called the manager I got “we’ll look into it” as an answer.
