Joe was very efficient in keeping me advised of the status of the work. Heiser tried to work out the issue but needs Toyota supply a tow hitch that works properly. I went in for 15,000 mile maintenance on my 2019 RAV4. I wish I had paid more attention to the service reps’ names to give them personal compliments! The 2 I dealt with were great! The first (I believe Vin wish I had paid more attention to the service reps’ names to give them personal compliments! The 2 I dealt with were great! The first (I believe Vincent Lor?) answered all my questions to help me better understand how to use my cruise control settings. Because he was busy when my service was completed, another service rep (Bob or Joe) called me over to let me know it was done and went over the findings that everything checked out okay. He let me know the other guy was busy and that he didn’t want me to wait any longer, which I thought was very nice and great team work! He also answered my questions about the letter I received a while ago about the gas tanks never appearing full via the gauge after filling them fully. He said Toyota is still working on a resolution for that issue. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Heiser Toyota. More

The whole service department was an excellent experience no problems at all whatsoever. At first I was concerned since it was a used vehicle that I purchased a month ago. So i should not have had this probl no problems at all whatsoever. At first I was concerned since it was a used vehicle that I purchased a month ago. So i should not have had this problem of a bad catalyst Converter. No worries they said it was under a warranty so no charge to me. Awesome!. More

I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF AS WELL AS THEIR FAST SERVICE. I WAS THEIR FOR AN OIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION AND NEW WIPER BLADES. MY APPOINTMENT WAS 11;15 AND I WAS INFORMED MY VEHICLE WELL AS THEIR FAST SERVICE. I WAS THEIR FOR AN OIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION AND NEW WIPER BLADES. MY APPOINTMENT WAS 11;15 AND I WAS INFORMED MY VEHICLE WAS READY AT 11:52. MUCH LESS THAN THE 2-1/2HOURS IT TOOK AT ANOTHER DEALER FOR THE SAME SERVICE. YOU CAN BET I WILL BE BACK AT HEISER FOR FURTHER SERVICE IN THE FUTURE! More
