Sale went pretty good. I think its ridiculous the cost Toyota charges for the trailer hitch ans especially the wire harness that cost over 200 dollars. I have 3 Toyota vehicles and have had them all serviced there. I have been using your service department for about 10 years. I may not bring all in future. I used to trust that I was only being recommende there. I have been using your service department for about 10 years. I may not bring all in future. I used to trust that I was only being recommended items that I need. Now I am not so sure. Very annoying that brake recommendation always have rotors calipers and pads. Another shop said I only need pads. This time was told need shocks and struts with no real explanation. $1500. Six months prior there was no sign of wear. Now I need to get a second opinion because I am no longer trusting these big ticket recommendations. Perhaps lay out options. More

Made appt for oil and emissions. Got there on time, told was after hours for emissions so had to come back for that another day.
