I was unable to find a new 4Runner TRD Pro anywhere near Colorado. Then Joe Lehr called about one Suburban Toyota had in stock. UPDATE: it has been over a month now since I’ve purchased the vehicle and the finance department has been a huge let down! I still have not received my registration or license plates and I have called and left countless messages with Jon, Abdul and Cody who is supposed to be the General Manager and no one has returned my calls once! Aiyad was the only person who tried to help me but he’s in sales and there isn’t much else he’s able to do. No one likes to be blatantly ignored when they have an issue. My paper tag that was given is now expired and no one there seems to care. It’s unfortunate that I’m out of state or else I would have gone up to the dealer. My after sales experience has really put a bad taste in my mouth with this dealership!! Aiyad and Suburban Toyota of FH was very easy to work with. They made my experience relatively painless. I appreciated their upfront approach and unnecessary add ons like other dealers. I would highly recommend Aiyad and Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills! More

My experience with the associates of Surburban Toyota of Farmington Hills was excellent all the way around. I first met Joe Lehr on line when I wanted to get an estimate of the value of my car as a trade i Farmington Hills was excellent all the way around. I first met Joe Lehr on line when I wanted to get an estimate of the value of my car as a trade in. He was very fair and helpful and then introduced me to Olivia Wheelock who spent the time with my wife and me to determine what we were looking for in a new vehicle. It took almost four months for the right vehicle to come in, and during that time she kept us apprised as to the search and continued to give us information about how long of a wait there might be. When our new Sienna came in, she had it ready within a day, and with the help of Jon Burch, we were able to secure a loan and drive the vehicle home that afternoon. All three were highly professional, friendly, informative and should be considered assets to the organization. We will probably be looking for another new vehicle within 2-3 years, and our first call will be to Olivia Wheelock. We are very pleased with our new Sienna. More
