My son and I had been shopping for a used vehicle for him to use going back and forth to school. We had been to many lots and dealerships and found a car that we really liked at another dealer. I told them that I had a few concerns about the tires and brakes and wanted to take it to my mechanic before I agreed to buy. I was told that that would be fine, but if we found something "We will not do anything about it". I remembered my very positive experience I have had at Phillips Chevrolet whenever I had my truck serviced there. We went to Phillips and met Joe Luque and he listened to what we were looking for and took all of the time we needed to find a car we liked. He explained everything about the car, warranty, maintenance program and even took us on a tour of the service area. I was so happy with the service that Joe provided and with the courtesy of the staff that I bought a 2009 Malibu and spent $5000 more than I originally planned. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience. I will certainly be going back for my future needs. More

I was in the showroom on 7.14.12 for no more than a minute when I was greeted by Michael and immediately introduced to my salesman Joe Luque. This was my first time working with Joe and he was terrific. Joe was very informative regarding the vehicle that I was interested in, suggesting alternative options, i.e. different packages available and answered every question that I had without fail. I cannot say enough about the effort that was shown by all parties involved, Michael, Joe and the finance department to get a deal worked out that was a good "fit" for me to leave the dealership that day with the vehicle I wanted. Phillips Chevrolet once again knocked it out of the park and reinforced my opiinion that I will not go anywhere else to purchase a Chevrolet. GREAT JOB ONCE AGAIN!!!! More

Wonderful people there. Joe worked very hard to work the best possible deal. We showed up at 8:15 pm (they closed at 9) and Joe stayed till the bitter end (11:30PM) It was a pleasure doing business with him best possible deal.
