I have purchased or leased 4 vehicles now from Philiips. This place makes you feel comfortable the second you walk onto their lot or in their showroom. The "cheesy, pushy, or over the top salespeople" do not exist here! Joe Luque was AMAZING to work with. He was extremely accommodating with my family. He took the time to work with me over the phone and in person answering any questions I had regarding my lease and vehicle. Never did I feel as if Joe was just trying to close a sale or talk me into a vehicle I was not interested in. The Sales Manager Brian McMahon is always a pleasure to work with. The time he puts in with each customer is personal, genuine and helpful. Together these 2 guys make a great team that truly want to give you the best deal possible. Easy peazy! I came in to the dealer to test drive a malibu. Joe Luque helped me out and took me for a spin around the block. I instantly fell in love with it and I came in to the dealer to test drive a malibu. Joe Luque helped me out and took me for a spin around the block. I instantly fell in love with it and started making some deals. I was short on time and had to run and told him I'd be back the next day. I started having second thoughts as I have always driven an suv and was nervous I would regret my purchase. I sent Joe a text and asked him if there was an Equinox on the lot within my price range. At that time, there wasn't. However, one came in later in the day and Joe had it all cleaned up and ready to drive when my dad and i came back in. He threw me the keys to both cars and off we went! The Equinox was the winner, and it ended up being an even swap in terms of what I would have paid for the malibu. Joe ran around, got all the new paperwork, and my dad and I were in and out in a few short hours! If you need a new or used vehicle go see Joe Luque at Phillips Chevy, he's great! More
