My husband and I have purchased three vehicles over the past 14 years from Phillips Chevrolet. We knew when we went to purchase a new Malibu that our experience would be a good one, but we were happy that past 14 years from Phillips Chevrolet. The salesman who helped us was Joe Luque, and he was great! He listened to what my husband wanted and did not try to push us into a car that was more than he needed. Joe was very knowledgable about the dealer's inventoryand explained all of the features of all the 21013 Malibu models to us. He showed us cars with exactly what we wanted and we were able to choose a car right away. Because he worked hard to give us the best price for our trade-in, find the maximum rebates, and give us the best interest rate, my husband and I drove away with a car that had more features than we had expected in a beautiful car. Even though it was late in the evening and past closing time, before we drove away, Joe patiently sat in the car and explained all the features of the car, hooked up our phones to the Bluetooth, and connected us with the Onstar. He made certain that we understood everything and were satisfied in every way. The best part of our experience with Joe was his demeanor during the process. He made us feel welcome and valued and led us through the process with kindness, helpfulness, and a great sense of humor and respect. We would buy another car from him in a heartbeat and will seek him out the next time we do. More

Yet I am taking some time to write this review because I truly had an excellent experience with Joe L. at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, IL. I wasn't sure if I was going to drive off the lot with a new truck when I went into Phillips but was very hopeful it would happen. Joe answered all of my questions about what my trade in was worth, surprisingly more than I figured based on my online research, my questions about the new vehicle cost, current rebates and incentives offered. Filled me in on all the features of the sweet truck I found in the lot and the services offered post sale, which are huge for keeping up with a vehicle. (FYI awesome inventory) Then they have an easy to read price page that shows all the numbers, they worked with me to get to a number that worked and lucky for me I left with a awesome 4x4. I also added a Bedliner and a sliding rear window that were installed super fast the next morning. I've always loved my Chevy's and would definitely recommend seeing Joe at Phillips for one for yourself. I am also a repeat customer because I know that's where to go. More

I was very satisfied with my overall purchasing experience at Phillips Chevrolet. Although I purchased a Buick Enclave at a Chevy Dealership, my salesperson, Joe Luque, was very knowledgeable with experience at Phillips Chevrolet. Although I purchased a Buick Enclave at a Chevy Dealership, my salesperson, Joe Luque, was very knowledgeable with the many features on my used SUV. I needed to return to the service dept. for wheel balancing and when the time frame was conflicting with my work schedule, Christine in the service dept. and Dan arranged for a loaner which Sarah quickly provided. I have already mentioned this outstanding service to several of my co-workers who were amazed that I was provided with a loaner. And thank you for the car wash when my vehicle was ready for pick up. He is always happy to see you, more than willing to take the time to talk to you, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. Additionally, Mark Hawkins is a fine Finance Manager. Always willing to take the time to explain what you are signing and why. He is very honest when it comes to the add-ons, such as the Protection Plan for vehicles, and the GAP Insurance. I can't say enough about Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort. One of the best around! As a young lady I found out the hard way how difficult it was to buy a used car. He was very helpful and showed me several cars, but I was not quite ready to make a decision yet. After searching several other dealerships for a vehicle I decided to go back to Phillips Chevrolet to see Joe. I really appreciated that Joe Luque listened to what I wanted, took me seriously as a "car buyer", and worked hard to help me find my vehicle. I really felt as if he wanted me to find a car I would be happy with, and not trying to make a quick sale. I also met Mike Darge, Yasin Yassin, and Phil Jarad who did their all to get me the best financing. Everyone was so respectful, helpful, and made my whole car buying experience the best it could possibly be! I couldn't be happier. More

My son and I had been shopping for a used vehicle for him to use going back and forth to school. We had been to many lots and dealerships and found a car that we really liked at another dealer. I told them that I had a few concerns about the tires and brakes and wanted to take it to my mechanic before I agreed to buy. I was told that that would be fine, but if we found something "We will not do anything about it". I remembered my very positive experience I have had at Phillips Chevrolet whenever I had my truck serviced there. We went to Phillips and met Joe Luque and he listened to what we were looking for and took all of the time we needed to find a car we liked. He explained everything about the car, warranty, maintenance program and even took us on a tour of the service area. I was so happy with the service that Joe provided and with the courtesy of the staff that I bought a 2009 Malibu and spent $5000 more than I originally planned. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience. I will certainly be going back for my future needs. More

I was in the showroom on 7.14.12 for no more than a minute when I was greeted by Michael and immediately introduced to my salesman Joe Luque. This was my first time working with Joe and he was terrific. Joe was very informative regarding the vehicle that I was interested in, suggesting alternative options, i.e. different packages available and answered every question that I had without fail. I cannot say enough about the effort that was shown by all parties involved, Michael, Joe and the finance department to get a deal worked out that was a good "fit" for me to leave the dealership that day with the vehicle I wanted. Phillips Chevrolet once again knocked it out of the park and reinforced my opiinion that I will not go anywhere else to purchase a Chevrolet. GREAT JOB ONCE AGAIN!!!! More

Wonderful people there. Joe worked very hard to work the best possible deal.
