We went back to Subaru several times to test drive the Outback and get more information. Joe e-mailed after each visit and always asked if he could assist us in any other way. Joe was always polite and helpful, never pushy. After researching many vehicles, we decided on the Outback. Once ordered, Joe always informed us on the progress of the delivery of the car from the factory. He always told us that he was always available to us for assistance, and he was. Loren Henry assisted us during the decision process and he was always polite and very helpful when I saw him in the dealership. Tim Hanson made the Finance paperwork less stressful with his easygoing manner and his professionalism. He was very knowledgeable regarding the financing options and worked with us to give us the best package for us . I highly recommend the Tucson Subaru dealership and Joe Micoletti as your salesman. The salesman (Joe Micoletti) spent a lot of time with me during my initial visit showing me the differences between the three models I was considering (Outback, Forester & Crosstrek) and providing a test drive experience in each model. After pondering my options for about a week, I decided on the Crosstrek. On my second visit to the dealership, Joe helped me (and was very patient) while I spent a long time making various decisions about options, trim levels, colors, etc. I am very happy with my final decision: a Hybrid Crosstrek Touring model. Traci did a great job going through all the necessary paperwork. Everyone who I spoke to at the dealership was friendly, helpful, knowledgable & professional. I got good vibes about the dealership. Best Car Buying Experience with Joe Micoletti Several months ago we went looking at vehicles and went to Subaru. We love the Outback and that is car we plan on purchasing but we have a timeline t Several months ago we went looking at vehicles and went to Subaru. We love the Outback and that is car we plan on purchasing but we have a timeline that we are following. This weekend our "beater" car died and we had to look for a second car. We decided to stop and look at Subaru because we liked our experience from a few months ago and thought we would see what they had available. We hadn't gone anywhere else, we didn't know what we wanted we were just looking. Joe Micoletti approached us. We asked for the Salesperson we dealt with the last time but he had gone to the companies other dealership. We told Joe that we were planning on purchasing an Outback in the summer but right now we need a second hand and we had a price point in mind. Joe was extremely pleasant and showed us a variety of options. He was clearly knowledgeable and experienced and professional to deal with, he clearly had listened to our needs and showed us appropriate vehicles. One particular vehicle caught our attention, but as we hadn't gone anywhere else we thought we should go an look else where. Joe was understanding but suggested we take a look at the numbers and see if we could make a deal. We agreed and have not regretted our decision one bit. We decided to purchase the car and couldn't be more thrilled. It's crazy to think we bought the first vehicle we looked at but in reality it made sense. In this age of automation we could look online at the reviews of the vehicle, check its value and see if it was viable. Joe made the rest easy for us. He was FIRST RATE! He knew our needs, he worked with us and earned himself two new loyal customers. We didn't require financing but our transaction with Louie in the finance department was a pleasure. We did purchase an extended warranty because it made sense. Louie was also friendly, polite and knowledgeable. We were never pressured, tagged teamed or pushed by anyone (unlike experiences we've had with other dealerships in Tucson). They don't use tricks, gimmicks, bait or bullying, they don't need to, they sell a product that is outstanding, period end of story! Good old fashion product, value and customer service, a winning combination. We also just loved that there were dog bowls, water and biscuits for your dog if you chose to bring your dog with you LOL. As in their commercials, they really do love dogs and walk the walk! Tucson Subaru is an all round class organization. You will never regret buying from them or Joe. More

Painless automotive purchase. Purchased a 2016 used Forester with 5400 miles on the odometer. It was in the dealership loaner program for five months. It was the perfect vehicle.
