Continental offered a safe COVID guideline environment that made the overall purchase experience just perfect 👌. Jim, my sales representative and Chris, my fiance representative actually listened to me and worked with me to complete my dream purchase with no unnecessary up sales or pressure. This was my 2nd purchase at Toyota Continental and I will say that it was better than the 1st time. Which makes me know they are focused on " meeting the desires and dreams of their customers 1st".
