Sales consultant Stew Nelson and Manager Joe Miglio were friendly, courteous and infinitely patient with my indecisiveness. They offered helpful advice, and did everything possible to help me choose a car that I am truly satisfied with. I took about three months searching for a new vehicle and met Elliott early in my search and he kept in contact with me the entire time. I narrowed my choices to the Hylander, Rav4 and Subaru Outback and Elliott did everything he could to get me an excellent deal on either of the Toyota's and I appreciated all of the work he did. Although I ultimately chose the Outback as I had one previously and price per features turned out to be the deciding factor, I would recommend Continental Toyota to any of my friends. More

The salesman and I negotiated a fair price, and he even was willing to give up a portion of his commission to get the last few dollars to meet me. After all of that they still filled the tank with gas, which shocked and surprised me. Professional, fair, and honest. When I'm looking for a car for my next NEW car, this will be my first stop. The Sales Manager and Business Manager seemed welcoming and friendly. The company is close to my workplace and offers maintenance service with rides to and from work, plus a very nice waiting area with complimentary beverages. The cashier was also very friendly and congratulated me as well.. The team made it less stressful and an overall pleasant experience. This Toyota location seemed well organized overall. I am looking forward to enjoying my new Toyota Rav4 and any future dealings with this Toyota Team. More
