Our specific requirements for a hybrid 8-seater with a non-leather interior was unfortunately not a common request. In fact, other dealerships seemed unwilling to help us find the right vehicle, even though we were willing to wait for it to be built. Finally, after shopping for over a year, we came to Continental Toyota. The experience was like day vs. night. I initially spoke with Andrea McNamara about what we were looking for and our frustrating prior experiences. She listened, understood and worked to give us quotes and options for a new vehicle. Andrea was clear and prompt with her communications and guided us through the process to the point we were ready to order our vehicle. At that stage we visited the showroom, where Ian Goldberg helped us test-drive, select and place the order. Since the car would be built-to-order, we had to wait a couple months. Throughout this waiting period Andrea continued to keep us informed as more information became available regarding assembly and delivery dates. In the end, Toyota delivered our vehicle ahead of schedule, and the entire process was smooth and easy. It was a pleasure working with Andrea and Ian and the team at Continental Toyota! More
