I spent almost 4 hours with Joe one afternoon trying to figure out what exactly I was looking for in a vehicle. He went above and beyond my expectations to find the perfect car for me. Got my 11 speakers (my non-negotiable) in a Blue Rav4 with Nutmeg interior. I am very happy with the car and the experience I had with Joe at Heritage Toyota. Joe was very knowledgeable and real and that helped me really connect with him which is very important to me. I would recommend him to anyone else in a heartbeat. Can't forget to make a special mention for Rob Ploof from the finance team. He was also very helpful and insightful, which made the financing stress-free, an important factor in such a large purchase. More

I am on the Autism spectrum, and this was my first time buying a car by myself. People with Autism aren’t always understood, but Joe was patient, thoughtful, understanding, and treated me wonderfully, answering all of my many questions, and then found me a great car that I love. After my purchase, he followed up to make sure everything was going well, and that I had everything I needed with the car. His attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and the care he took of me throughout the process was unparalleled. I highly recommend going to see Joe for your next car. More
