I can't say enough about how happy I am with my purchase from heritage Toyota. Joe mount was my salesman and got me into the car I wanted to test drive and less than 4 hrs later I was driving it home thanks from heritage Toyota. Joe mount was my salesman and got me into the car I wanted to test drive and less than 4 hrs later I was driving it home thanks to alot of effort also from Rob Ploof. If you are looking for a vehicle go see Joe Rob was great with the paperwork piece explained everything I was signing and kept asking if I had any questions along the way. This is the way buying a card should be but unfortunately I haven't always had this great of customer service elsewhere. Thanks again Rob and Joe for making me feel so welcome!!! More

The entire team was amazing! I had 2 talks with Alexis (Lexi) Williams before driving up - and she gave me the confidence I needed to make the 2 hour drive to get there. Joe kinda "knew" which of the I would choose before I even got there and prioritized our time on that one. Christine made it quick and effortless while giving me confidence in my final decision. There were several other minor details related to my 'car buying journey' that are more personally situational and not globally applicable, - so to make a long story short: THEY ARE AMAZING!!! More
