Joe made the car-buying process smooth, easy, and stress-free. I was really nervous about buying my first car. I didn't want to play price games, and I didn't want one phone call and three texts per stress-free. I was really nervous about buying my first car. I didn't want to play price games, and I didn't want one phone call and three texts per day pressuring me to make a decision... I just wanted someone to be open and honest with me about what I needed, what I didn't need, and what it would cost. That is exactly what Joe did. We worked together for seven months (the car I wanted wasn't even in production yet when I first reached out) and he kept me updated the entire time without being overwhelming. When I changed my mind and decided to go used instead of new, he jumped aboard and helped me find the perfect car. He was always available when I had a question, I always felt like he had my best interests at heart, and he made the car-buying process fun and exciting.
