From phone calls on a Tuesday at 6:30 pm to driving off the lot on Wednesday, we found Joe Mount professional and knowledgeable. Joe helped us out from start to finish. With an easy going way, he profe the lot on Wednesday, we found Joe Mount professional and knowledgeable. Joe helped us out from start to finish. With an easy going way, he professionally explained the process, answered our questions, and always asked if we had more questions. We appreciated his communication each time he needed to leave us for a few minutes. He offered a phone charging cord while we waited and willingly took a photo of us with the new car before we left. Joe worked through our “wish list” and made sure we left happy with our Heritage purchase. Not just “Red Carpet service” but “platinum” we’d call it! Note: We chose to drive 5 hours from Maine to work with Joe at Heritage. Worth it! More

We have continued to return to Heritage for all our new cars and trucks because we have been very happy with all their services, their trustworthiness, professional contacts and their professionalism, honesty, thoroughness, friendliness, informativeness, competent service and visits and complete services. Our salesman this last visit in January 2025 was JOE MOUNT. He has been one of the very best salesman at Heritage. He has been friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, thorough, competent and quick on service and we recommend him as an excellent and helpful salesman - one of the very best at Heritage.
