We were interested in a car on the lot, but needed time to get to the dealership. The salesperson, called like he promised he would, and held the car until we could arrive. I found the vehicle online. Made an appointment for a front end alignment and suspension check. I was told I would be given a loaner car to use upon arrival I was told there was nothing stating that in the system. I was told th suspension check. I was told I would be given a loaner car to use upon arrival I was told there was nothing stating that in the system. I was told they had a 3-4 day backlog and couldn't promise I would get my truck back the same day. After it was at the dealership for an hour or so, I check the map thru the my gmc app and saw my truck was park at a house for over forty five minutes, which turned out to be where the technician lived. I went to the dealership and questioned it. I was told the tech had to take it for a test drive and didn't seem like a big deal. Pretty much acted like this was a normal in the service department.
