My salesman, Joe Murray, is the BEST! He's a very knowledgeable and "no pressure" salesman. Go see him, explain what you're looking for and he'll help you find what you want. If it isn't on the dealership lot, he'll search off-site inventory and offer to bring you to the vehicle you're interested in for a test drive. I initially went to Crown because of a commercial Mr. Larry Oggs did regarding 0.9% financing on the Buick Envision. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the fine print and although I purchased a 2025 Envision Avenir, my choice mustn't have been on Mr. Oggs' list. I was disappointed with the much higher rates I was offered and asked if they were the best they could do for my exceptional credit rating. Being told they were and not wanting to lose the vehicle I fell in love with, I went with one of the offered rates, albeit much higher than the 0.9% Mr. Oggs advertised. While the finance process was fine, I left Crown with a new vehicle and a homework assignment from the Finance Department. Refinancing my vehicle is in my immediate future. More
