Excellent experience purchasing a car for my elderly mother this week. Everyone in the dealership made us feel welcome and valued. Our Salesperson, Ouafaa went out of her way to be sure my Mom underst mother this week. Everyone in the dealership made us feel welcome and valued. Our Salesperson, Ouafaa went out of her way to be sure my Mom understood all the paperwork and was incredibly respectful of her budget and concerns. We never felt rushed or pressured. We left the dealership feeling that we had not only gained a car but a friend as well. We will certainly be returning in the future. More

I went to Executive Kia to see a specific car. I was looking at it and a salesperson saw me and said she’d work with me. I sat down at a table and realized that she was also working with another c I was looking at it and a salesperson saw me and said she’d work with me. I sat down at a table and realized that she was also working with another customer. After about a half hour of waiting we were able to test drive. Once I was in the car, I noticed that the odometer had 9,000 more miles on it than the listing stated. I mentioned it to the salesperson who stated that fluctuation was normal. After, we asked to test drive a second car, it took over 20 minutes for them to find the keys. Thankfully we waited because it ended up being a great car for me. I put in a down payment. On the initial paperwork I realized my email was wrong and corrected it. The salesperson assured me that it would be corrected. Overall, test driving two cars, filling out paperwork, and waiting for our salesperson took over 4 hours. When I arrived the next day, a few minutes early for my appointment with check and insurance in hand, I was excitedly greeted and then waited over an hour. Once I was in the financing office, I was signing paperwork and saw my email was incorrect. The finance person adjusted and reprinted. As I began to resign paperwork, I noticed that all of my information- phone, email, and address were incorrect. The paperwork needed to be prepped and printed for a third time. I left around 5 for an appointment that was supposed to end by 4. Executive Kia had a good selection of certified pre owned vehicles. I am happy with my car, but wish the sales experience was better. More

The people we worked with after first visit were nice. They allowed us to drive away without fix light even after we told them to fix and they said they did. Needless to say the light is still broke.
