I had a very POSITIVE car buying experience at Colonial Chevrolet in Acton. I originally went to a scheduled appointment for a test drive at Boch Chevrolet in Norwood. Had a bad experience here! The car I wanted to test drive supposedly was sold prior to my arrival. Would’ve been nice to know that before driving there from Worcester. Waist of my time but was able to get a fair offer in writing from them for a similar vehicle (not the color I wanted) to the one I wanted to test drive. I called Colonial Chevrolet from the parking lot of Boch Chevy because I knew they had the car with the options & color I wanted. Spoke with Joe Pellegrini in the sales department & he confirmed they had the vehicle in stock (Boch lied to me & told me the car had been sold at Colonial!) and they would match any legitimate offer. Drove directly to Colonial Chevrolet, they matched the offer, I bought the car & picked it up the next day! No games, no back & forth with the manager making me wait....simple & straightforward. FYI, I’m a female who always feels anxious when going to a dealership to purchase a car due to the games the typical salesmen engage in. Not here! Every single person I talked to was SO welcoming and kind. I highly recommend going and setting up your car buying process with Adam. He is honest based on what you want, need, and can afford and will give you the best option possible (but let’s be real, this place already saves you way more than other places so it’s a deal coming here regardless). When looking into getting my car I was able to talk to John Woodland and Joe- both were very helpful and so grateful to have their help! Adam helped set up the test drive and get the paperwork going and both Mikes helped me with the process of buying of my first brand new car! Mike S helped with pricing and trade in of my used car and Mike G worked hard to get me an awesome interest rate. Overall, best car buying experience ever and I love my new Chevy Trax!
