Our salesperson, Joe, was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and asked questions to assess what we wanted in a vehicle. Notably, there was no high-pressure sales talk, which made us feel at ease and comfortable. After we made the purchase, sitting in our new vehicle, ready to leave the dealership, Joe explained all the options (bells and whistles). With our previous purchases, no salesperson took the time after the deal had been made to explain everything we needed to know.
