I had the pleasure of meeting Joe Pellegrini at Colonial Chevrolet - Acton last Wednesday while exploring the purchase or lease for a new 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe. The only knowledge I had for the new Chevrolet Chevrolet - Acton last Wednesday while exploring the purchase or lease for a new 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe. The only knowledge I had for the new Chevrolet Tahoe models were limited to online searches and reviews for the new updated model. John Woodland, General Manager introduced me to Joe soon after my arrival. During my introduction to Joe, it was immediately clear that he was well informed on all of the new 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe models. I inquired about all of the new Tahoe models and asked Joe about the standard and optional features on each model. Joe patiently walked me through every model and compared each of the standard and available features. He pulled several new 2025 Tahoes up to the front door of the showroom, invited me into the vehicles and demonstrated the operation of the different features and equipment. There were a number of new Tahoes at Colonial Chevrolet - Acton and I was interested in one particular vehicle. I was not sure how the new 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe LT would fit in my garage just a few miles away. Joe politely suggested that I road test the Tahoe I was interested in, followed by verification that it would comfortably fit in my garage. I was impressed at how much time Joe spent with me and I never felt pressured. His strong interpersonal skills and expert product knowledge made for a very positive experience. The financial transaction with Joe was completely pain-free. It became obvious that Joe is a seasoned professional that Chevrolet and and Colonial Chevrolet - Acton should be proud to have on their team. We agreed on a delivery date and I was not surprised that my new Tahoe was parked right in front of the dealership, clean and perfectly detailed for delivery. Joe greeted my wife and I and he spent over an hour with us showing us how every feature worked. He took endless questions from us patiently with thorough, detailed answers. It was very clear that John Woodland, General Manager understands and values the benefit of having such a knowledgeable, experienced and professional member on the Colonial Chevrolet Sales Team. Joe Pellegrini set a new high standard for me when it comes to buying or leasing a new Chevrolet Tahoe, or any vehicle. Great job Joe, John and Colonial Chevrolet! More
