Very friendly and courteous staff. No high pressure sales or gimmicks. Great coffee as well. I wish they could have offered a lower priced deal but I did buy the vehicle I went to look at. I will weigh my options on re-financing but accolades to John Berry on his no-pressure approach and gave me the option to make my decision. I left the same night with my vehicle, surprising to me. I was a little hesitant but heck, Columbus took a chance. LOL! Again, great job men and women. More
