I have very specific features that I MUST have and Joe did not hesitate or try to talk me into something I didn't want or to settle. I told him that I hate the process of looking for a car because of pushy sales people; but he made it very easy and not stressful. The past couple of months have been challenging to me, especially with the loss of my father a couple of weeks after a drunk driver plowed into my previous car. I then incurred a problem one week after picking up my car from Weber (the week of the St. Louis flooding). Joe (and Brent Parron) went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue (which didn't stem from the dealership) and ensured that I was back in my car in a timely manner. Joe also sent me periodic text messages to keep me apprised and to inquire overall about how I was doing. Brent also assisted in making sure the issue was taken care while Joe was out of town. They didn't have to do all that they did (most others would have probably said sorry but it's not their problem), but they stepped in and stepped up! My brother has purchased a few cars from Weber and has worked with Joe over the years -- and he came through again! Overall, this was the best car buying experience I have had (except for the incident related to the conditions caused by the flooding -- and they even made that bearable)! Hopefully, I won't need another car anytime soon, but when I do, Joe Rice and Weber Chevrolet will be my first stop! More
