great customer service! Everyone at Huntington Beach Mazda was so nice, especially Joe Rosales. He was patient while I made up my mind and I really felt like he wanted to he Everyone at Huntington Beach Mazda was so nice, especially Joe Rosales. He was patient while I made up my mind and I really felt like he wanted to help me make the best decision for me. He is passionate about what he sells but never pushy, and was far more knowledgeable than other salespeople I dealt with (including a different Mazda dealership). The sales process was great and when I recently had it in for scheduled maintenance, I was treated really well there, too! More

After my first experience visiting a dealership at Toyota and trying to buy a car, which didn’t go so well since they tried to get me to finance through their finance company, I told myself I wouldn’t go to and trying to buy a car, which didn’t go so well since they tried to get me to finance through their finance company, I told myself I wouldn’t go to another dealership but for some reason after an extended amount of research and visiting different car retailer companies I came to Huntington Beach Mazda where the sales associates were very helpful, Joe Rosales in particular. The man has experience and made the car buying process easy. I definitely would recommend others to visit this location and have Joe help you. I love my car and I’m proud to drive a Mazda 6 2016 GT. More

Set up a service appointment for 8 AM after Super Bowl Sunday. I showed up early and they took care of me. Easy Peasy! I had such a great experience at Huntington Beach Mazda! Buying a used car can be a really draining and frustrating process but Nick made it drama fre I had such a great experience at Huntington Beach Mazda! Buying a used car can be a really draining and frustrating process but Nick made it drama free and easy. I had done my research and knew what model I was interested, after a quick call with Nick on the phone I set up an appointment to visit the dealership the next day and test drive a few cars. Nick had the model I requested ready and on the lot in addition to a few other options that were in my price range. He gave me straightforward and honest service and I drove off in my new car in just a couple of hours. I would highly recommend the team at Huntington Beach Mazda and especially Nick to anyone looking for a new or used car! More
