I drove down Beach Blvd one weekend and test drove a few competitors models. When I stopped at Mazda to test drive the 2019 CR-5., I met Big Joe. He let me test drive a few cars on the lot. He must have run in 4 times to get keys. . Was very patient with me. We must have gone around the block 2-3times. No pressure. Knowing I had no clue with what to do with the new electronic models. I was still living in the 1990s. Big joe was very knowledgeable and spent the time with me to feel comfortable in the car. Negotiations were easy. Better than expected. Would highly recommend Joe and Mazda. Can’t wait to start driving my new car. More

Joe Rosales is the BEST!! Husband's car was totaled in an accident and needed a newer used car. Wasn't planning on buying -- but Joe made everything super easy. We were in and out in a short amount of time, and hubby walked away with a beautiful 2015 Scion with only 50K miles. I would totally go back to Joe to purchase another car. Also a shout out to Luis in financing. He made that part of the deal super easy as well, and didn't try to up-sell a bunch of stuff to increase the cost of the car. Great experience overall! More

Ask for “Big Joe” After a horrific car accident that left my favorite car as a total loss I felt down on my luck for sure. My Mom arrived from out of town and called Huntington Beach Mazda and asked for someone with lots of experience. We were directed to “Big Joe”. He was very honest with us about the car I wanted and my budget. He told my mom and I to meet him at the dealership and he’d have my new car waiting for me. And he delivered! The car was waiting right out front. Joe was extremely personable and I never felt like I was being jerked around or hustled along any part of the process. We went inside to crunch some numbers and I left with the exact car I wanted. Joe was genuinely happy that he could help me get into the car I wanted. After the deal was made my car was waiting outside all nice, detailed and clean. He said he wanted to put a giant red bow on it but it was just too windy. It’s the thought that counted. He gave me his business card and said to call him anytime with any questions. It took about 24 hours before I had a question so off I went looking for that business card. I don’t believe it took more than 30 seconds for Joe to call me back and answer my question. I will definitely be returning to Huntington Beach Mazda with all of my car needs. Thank you Joe! More

I contacted Joe Rosales by phone at 11am and explained my complete lack of desire to play the car buying game.i gave Joe my daughters price point and desired vehicle (a 2019 CX5). I asked that he honesty tell me if it was doable before we wasted our time coming in. He called back with options and we met at the dealership at 2pm. He had the car parked out front (correct color inside and out) and we spent very little time making the terms of the transaction perfect for our daughter. “Big Joe” is genuine, caring, and sharing and I personally will more than likely purchase Freon him and have a car shipped to Washington as the experience was nothing I’d ever experienced in the 10 plus car purchasing transactions I’ve been thru. More
