I can't say enough good things about Joyce Honda Rt 10 service department. From arriving, to intake, the maintenance technicians, the service advisors especially Ernesto and Lloyd. I had an outstanding experience at Joyce Honda (Denville) and a big reason for that was my sales associate, Joe San Roman, who truly went above and beyond from start to finish. Joe was incredibly knowledgeab and a big reason for that was my sales associate, Joe San Roman, who truly went above and beyond from start to finish. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, taking the time to answer every question I had and making sure I was completely comfortable throughout the entire process. He never made me feel rushed or pressured and genuinely had my best interests in mind. Joe’s professionalism, honesty, and dedication really stood out. He made what can often be a stressful process feel easy, enjoyable, and seamless. It was clear that he cared not just about making a sale, but about making sure I was 100% satisfied and confident in my decision. Because of Joe, I walked away feeling great about my purchase and the entire experience. I also want to recognize Chris Stark, the sales manager, for his transparency and support; Larry Swanson, Vice President and General Manager, for fostering such a welcoming, customer-focused environment; and Efren in finance, who made the paperwork simple, clear, and stress-free. Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and made me feel like family. This was hands down one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I will absolutely be returning to Joyce Honda in the future and will be recommending Joe San Roman and the entire Joyce Honda team to all of my friends and family. Our CRV - Hybrid is the third Honda we have owned, they are excellent cars. This dealership is excellent also, no pressure, everything was explained, we are leasing. However; the additional cost for the are excellent cars. This dealership is excellent also, no pressure, everything was explained, we are leasing. However; the additional cost for the various protection plans was an unwelcome surprise. But we are happy with our lease and we are happy with the Honda dealership, they care to make their buyers happy. More
