Mike was great! He remembered my wife and myself coming in a month earlier. Was surprised to hear that we had not found a car. He helped us find a new ride and was very patient with us. After we bought our Kia I had to come back a week later to get something small taken care of. Again Mike was there to help me out. We came down from 2 hours away to get a car. Our sales guy Brian helped us with a few questions, but made us feel like we needed to make a decision little quicker then wanted to since he had oth Our sales guy Brian helped us with a few questions, but made us feel like we needed to make a decision little quicker then wanted to since he had other people waiting on him too. We felt rushed some, and then had to wait close to 1.5 hours to see a finance person when several were available during that time. Joe in finance helped us great after noticed didn’t have all the right info on paperwork, and was able to correct it. Super knowledgeable and helpful Joe was. Overall give our experience an 7 out of 10, mainly do to just waiting so long. More

Our sale person Adam Daoud was horrific. The entire process was unorganized and a mess. Adam failed to pass the proper information to the finance department and began helping another client The entire process was unorganized and a mess.
