He let me talk about it a little and then went on to remind me that I was still here He wasn’t trying to dismiss my incident at all and he went on to tell me an incident that a person didn’t make it. We sat in silence a few minutes and he proceeded to go over what color and kind of vehicle I wanted. I stayed with the Kia Becuse it safed my life. The police officers said that many did walk away from an accident like mine. An Escalade hit my car going at leaf 45 in a 30 mile zone and didn’t try to avoid me at all. Jamel was professional, he went over all the features, took down all my information. Asking very politely. He offered Ed me a drink and a snack. I thought it was funny because when I walked over to the service side did, the service manager said “what are you doing here’d. We just put you on four new tires and a brake job. I told him I was hit and my car was told. He generally seemed said. After Janel , I had to see the finance gentleman for the life of me I can’t remem his name but he had beautiful red hair and so did his beautiful child. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Lou fusz all of the were great cars and I expect this car to be exceptional. I still get emotional when I drive, but I remember Jamel story and the AWESOME TEAM AT LOU FUSZ. GAIL RHODES💜💜 More

Love the van, but worst buying experience we've ever had My daughter and I went in on President's Day and got a quote on the van we wanted from Kris. He was nice, gave a good price and seemed great to work w My daughter and I went in on President's Day and got a quote on the van we wanted from Kris. He was nice, gave a good price and seemed great to work with. After going to other dealerships and talking it over with my wife, we chose Lou Fusz. After correspondence with Rachel and Kris regarding coming in to work out a deal. I told them we would be in on Saturday, and Kris replied on Saturday morning saying that he would see us then. We sit down with Kris, and he immediately tells us that he cannot sell us the van for the price he quoted five days earlier. WHY WOULDN'T YOU MENITION THAT IN AN EMAIL OR A CALL? We live 30 minutes from Creve Couer, and had to bring our toddler with us and we had already cleaned out our trade-in. From that point on, I felt stuck. Hindsight being 20/20 we should have walked out, but with twins due any time we needed to get this done. That said, if he would have told us about the issue before coming in - we would have passed, and I wouldn't be so angry. Kris also kept blaming the issue on being short-staffed/swamped and said the mistake had caught the attention of the GM - yet we didn't have a sales manager, GM, or anyone else come out to us to explain the situation in greater detail. None of that is a good reflection upon this dealership. After agreeing to terms, we were then shuffled to the waiting area for what seemed like an eternity. We waited to meet with the finance guy while they detailed our van. They brought the van around, and there were still fingerprints on the door, and dirt on the passenger seat. I asked them to clean it again, and while the fingerprints were gone - the seats were still dirty after the second cleaning, so I just cut my losses and cleaned them when we got home. Please note that Joe Shepard was really the only positive of this whole experience. Do not let this 1 star review reflect on him. He was personable, straightforward and great to deal with. After meeting with Joe and waiting for the detailing - we were there for over 4 hours. That is the longest I've ever encountered buying a car, especially when I've already been to the dealership once before. As we left, we talked to Kris and I did let him know that I was not happy with our experience. While he did apologize, he did not ask about how he could make it better, he just again blamed being short-staffed and busy. NOT A GOOD REFELCTION ON THE DEALERSHIP. As a customer, those excuses don't make me feel comfortable about giving you my business in the future. In summary the title states it all. We LOVE the Sedona and everything that it will provide our family. But in the future, we will likely make sure that we get our Kia elsewhere. More

I would recommend either of them for people looking for new cars. Kris knew what our "absolutes" were and he took care of us beautifully. We left something in our 2016 Kia and Kris went the extra mile to get them back for us even though the car had already been taken for detailing. To me that is going way above and beyond. There were even some things on our car that I wasn't looking for and it's great they were included. The safety features of the 2019 Forte are much better than our 2016 Forte we traded in. Car shopping and financing are such hassles to begin with, but both Kris and Joe made the experience almost exciting. You can't go wrong with Lou Fusz and these two wonderful guys. More

Wonderful experience I visited Lou Fusz to buy a new car. I have spent a great deal of time in other dealerships, as both an employee and a consumer, and this was by far t I visited Lou Fusz to buy a new car. I have spent a great deal of time in other dealerships, as both an employee and a consumer, and this was by far the best experience I've had. The staff at Lou Fusz demonstrated transparency, respect for my time, cordiality, and very low pressure. I feel like the price I paid for my new car, my trade-in value, my interest rate, and the cost of my finance add-ons were all fair and reasonable. I definitely intend to refer friends and family, and will myself return when its time to trade again. More
