I came to the lou fusz dealership back when I purchased my last car and had a very unpleasant experience due to former management. However I had 2 friends that purchased their vehicle at Lou fusz over the past year and suggested that I give them a try. This experience that I had at the dealership was completely different than I had last time. Everyone was very pleasant and went out of their way to help me. I would recommend this dealership to anybody purchasing aquia or any used car. More

This time I was planning to purchase This is an outstanding dealership! I leased a 2016 Soul from them 3 years ago and found the process stress free. This time I was planning to purchase my leased car, but learned from the salesperson about a redesign on the 2020 Soul and the incentives to purchase a 2019. I was impressed with the new safety features on the 2019 that weren't available on my 2016. These features as well as the purchase price moved me into a 2019. This dealership is low pressure to buy and make the negotiation of the purchase price a minimal back and forth process. The commission philosophy for the sales reps at this dealership truly benefits the buyer. Make sure to inquire about this. My husband and I plan to stay with Lou Fusz for future purchases. More

Plesant Out of State Purchase We traveled 4 hours to purchase from this dealership. They were a USAA preferred dealer and did not disappoint. The sales representative, Jamel, was We traveled 4 hours to purchase from this dealership. They were a USAA preferred dealer and did not disappoint. The sales representative, Jamel, was courteous of our time and discussed all aspects of the sale prior to us leaving our home. The team (Jamel, Thomas P. and Joe) had the paper work prepared and the financing complete, tying up all loose ends before our arrival. We spend minimal time at the dealership before getting back on the road for a long round trip day. Two things we would note and it cost the dealership a star. First - the technicians automatically place a front bumper plate holder on the car and the dealership explained that this was due to Missouri's plate criteria. We requested that they clean it up and get it prepped for us as we don't need a front plate in our state however, they said they were unable to assist us and we would need to remove the plate holder on our own due to Missouri laws. Because of this we did not take off the plastic plate holder at the dealership. The sales team ensured us that there would be (2) to (4) holes maximum that we would need to deal with and that they should be pretty easy to order plugs to match online for $200 or less. Upon arriving home we removed the plate holder and there were NINE holes...NINE...very ugly and unsightly holes in our brand new $35K vehicle. I was incredibly disappointed as I chose the FWD Sportage SX model because of how pretty the front bumper made the car look. These holes were in no way "clean" or "easy" to deal with. They are bulging, distorting the plastic, and chipped the paint since the technicians didn't drill the hole first. They just put a screw directly into the bumper and over tightened. We are getting ready to spend $1K at the body shop to fix the holes, flatten the plastic, clean it up and get it repainted; all while we have less than 500 miles on the vehicle. Second - we were thrilled to go with KIA Motors Financing. However, we did not think to triple check the documents to ensure that the address and mailing address were correct. Something we just weren't thinking of in the excitement of the purchase. All the paperwork we provided to the dealership including our registration transfer documented these two addresses but none of the paperwork they prepared did so and now it is just a headache to try to call Kia Motors every three days while we wait for paperwork to get from the sales side to the finance side since the dealership said they could not help us once we realized this within 24 hours of purchase. So overall - we would buy from this dealer again IF they fixed the bumper before we arrive or adjusts the price accordingly for the body work that we would be incurring. Ultimately in the future of all dealer financing, we will make sure to triple check all paperwork to ensure that our addresses are documented. While yes, some may say this is totally our fault, ultimately we would expect folks to also assist in the details. More

The way car buyers should be treated “ Spoke with salesman by phone preceding day and told him what I was looking for and price range. Met salesman, Kris Portnoy, the next morning around 9a Spoke with salesman by phone preceding day and told him what I was looking for and price range. Met salesman, Kris Portnoy, the next morning around 9am. He showed me a car equipped pretty much like I wanted. Talked about pricing and equipment on car to change. I had to leave an hour after I arrived, deal not done. Came back hour and a half later, spent about hour and a half talking some more and took a test drive. Had to leave again for an appointment. Got back to dealership about 5, finished deal with Kris and then finalized financing with the finance manager, Joe Shephard. So because I had other commitments, this 2 + hour deal took about 10 hours to close. Kris and Joe could not have been more patient, friendly and helpful. Kris got in the car with me, set up apple play and showed me quick way to set up radio stations. He explained additional settings and options including safety features. . Joe went over several financing options including leasing. He also explained additional Fusz packages such as an extended warranty, insurance gap protection and more. I would recommend this dealership and specifically these two gentlemen to anyone looking for a courteous, professional car buying experience. Btw wound up with a great looking, loaded 2019 Hyper Red Kia Sportage. More
