I came in for an oil change on my 2016 Kia Optima, decided to browse the showroom, fell in love with an SUV, and Charles helped me with trading in my Optima for a Sportage. He was very kind and accommodating during the entire process from greeting me, to handing over the keys. I felt comfortable with him, and I love that he wasn’t pushy at all. Charles listened to my wants and needs, and then delivered on them with percision. Also, I want to send a HUGE shout-out to Jared the Manager and Joe the Finance Manager. They were incredibly friendly and beyond helpful! They made sure I was at ease, and you could tell they were there to truly help me! Was just browsing at the cars on the showroom floor when my fiancé and I were approached by Kris. I really had no intentions on trading in my vehicle but I was interested in what he had to say. Long story short, I drove off in a 2018 Kia Optima Ex—UPGRADED—sunroof, full leather seats, bigger screen, navigation system and so much more for only $97 more than what i was paying. The process was a breeze and I didn’t have to put any money down. Overall, I am loving my new vehicle and strongly recommend Lou Fisz Kia. P.S.... THIS IS MY SECOND TIME PURCHASING A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION. In Jan 2017, I purchased the 2016 Kia Optima mentioned above. Also Joseph was amazing to work with AGAIN.. and I totally forgot the general managers name but he’s a very honest and trustworthy man. More

The awesome sales associates listened to my needs and my wants that I had in mind for a car and never at any point did I feel pressured to make a quick decision about a car. They found the car that I was interested in online and brought it around for me to look at, after I had test drove a similar model, and it was LOVE at first sight! This car helps my family more than I think that they know and really went with my budget as best as they could and I was extremely thankful for that! Keep up the good work guys and girls, I'll see you guys in the next few years to get another car when the kids start driving (SCARY!!!)! More
