I came in for an oil change on my 2016 Kia Optima, decided to browse the showroom, fell in love with an SUV, and Charles helped me with trading in my Optima for a Sportage. He was very kind and accommodating during the entire process from greeting me, to handing over the keys. I felt comfortable with him, and I love that he wasn’t pushy at all. Charles listened to my wants and needs, and then delivered on them with percision. Also, I want to send a HUGE shout-out to Jared the Manager and Joe the Finance Manager. They were incredibly friendly and beyond helpful! They made sure I was at ease, and you could tell they were there to truly help me!
