My wife and I had visited this dealership after visiting another dealership in the area and doing some price comparisons. Victor was very polite and helpful. We decided to go back to the first dealership as another dealership in the area and doing some price comparisons. Victor was very polite and helpful. We decided to go back to the first dealership as we thought we were getting a better price. When it came down to signing on the bottom line, the other dealership had what I call "ghost" numbers. Additional costs here and there. The deal eventually fell through with the sales manager there. We then decided to go back to Wantagh Mazda. Victor was off for the day but Kenny (whom I have nicknamed Brotherly Love) was willing to help out and showed us the car my wife was interested in. He said he would pass it along to Victor that we had returned. We then went in to see Victor on his return. Victor then introduced us to Joe the sales manager and he and I went back and forth on a price. One thing I must say, Joe was very professional in the negotiating process. Not once was he rude or arrogant in the process. We came to an agreement and my wife left them a deposit. NO HIDDEN COSTS. NO NONSENSE. We picked up the car a week later. They had the car ready and all the paper work in order. This, by the way is our first Mazda. Chances are we will be back there in a year or two to replace our minivan. (Binghamton Express, our daughter is in college.) Our only problem with the car is that my wife can't stay off that gas pedal! It's all Zoom Zoom. Gonna have to buy a second radar detector. Would I recommend them to a friend? Yes. More

I found working with this dealership to be an absolute pleasure. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Joe the sales manager to when we finally picked up our car the entire staff at Wantagh Ma pleasure. Joe B was our sales rep and he was such a straight shooter. His price was extremely competitive and made me feel good dealing with him and his dealership. He answered every question I had even if I asked it over and over. He was never impatient and was happy to sit with us and talk about any and all questions we had. We were able to test drive the car easily and when we picked up our car he allowed us to test drive it before accepting delivery. The most important thing I can say about Joe and the whole staff there was they made me feel good about getting my car. Sometimes you walk away feeling like hey I got a new car but ewwww and not so great. Not with this dealership we walked away happy and excited about our car and I put it all up to Joe and his crew for the great experience. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR A MAZDA. We went to two other dealerships and were lied to and given prices over 50 dollars a month more then what wantagh did for us. Shop here and with Joe. You will not be sorry More

This is my second visit to Wantagh Mazda. I was very happy with my first Mazda 3 that I decided to lease another one. Both visits to this dealer have been positive.
