The moment we walked in, I was struck by the transparency. Asked about the car we wanted, the rental sales manager Keller told us right away what's what on the spot. Before even so much as sat down. That turned out to be the style here. We worked with Joe Summers. Easy to talk to, straightforward, responsive. Did not mind my many questions on whether to trade in or not, advised on many issues. Worked with us on a deal that worked for us. Zero surprises the day of. Lovely business manager Dom helped with all the logistics, exact same style: direct, transparent, and just a nice person to have met. Seriously, go buy from this team, they are great. And I'm not even talking about how good the product is! More
