We like the friendly atmosphere here; as well as the fact they do not high pressure you. Rather, they explain why a service is recommended and explain the degree of urgency. It was a little hard to make the appointment as transfer from main answer to service appointment area didn't work (on hold 15 min then disconnected.. calked again on hold 9 min., then called and asked her to transfer me directly to Joe. Also, were really busy when we arrived for service. Had to wait to get into garage.. Popular place. More

Was able to make an appointment several days out and the problem with my vehicle was resolved. Would have given a higher rating if there had been a loaner vehicle or if they got my car back same day.
