We like the friendly atmosphere here; as well as the fact they do not high pressure you. Rather, they explain why a service is recommended and explain the degree of urgency. It was a little hard to make the appointment as transfer from main answer to service appointment area didn't work (on hold 15 min then disconnected.. calked again on hold 9 min., then called and asked her to transfer me directly to Joe. Also, were really busy when we arrived for service. Had to wait to get into garage.. Popular place. More
