I am delighted with Lithia Hyundai of Reno. My Tucson (brand new) came with a small Bluelink issue from the factory that was difficult to correct. When Bluelink technicians working off property My Tucson (brand new) came with a small Bluelink issue from the factory that was difficult to correct. When Bluelink technicians working off property were difficult to interact with - Dan, Anthony and Joe were supportive in helping get the answer and advocating for me! They made me feel like part of a team. I am so grateful for their help. My Tucson is now functioning perfectly and brings joy whenever I start it up. Wonderful Customer Service...or should I say, Wonderful Caring Service? More

Failed to listen to my address and now I have to jump through hoops to get the information that they want. If they had just listened to me then they would have had a happy customer. But now I have to cha through hoops to get the information that they want. If they had just listened to me then they would have had a happy customer. But now I have to change all of my bills because they didn't want to use the address that I told them to use. Bills can take up to 90 days to take affect. All they wanted to do was sell a car and not listen. Now they pester me every day like it's my fault that they didn't listen. More

Joe was really friendly and extremely helpful, and walked us through the entire process. He explained all my options and have me some really good advice. I honestly didn't think that I would be able to get a us through the entire process. He explained all my options and have me some really good advice.
