The entire experience from the first phone call to driving away in my new car was a very pleasant one. Before this I’d rather have a tooth pulled than buy a car! I am delighted with Lithia Hyundai of Reno. My Tucson (brand new) came with a small Bluelink issue from the factory that was difficult to correct. When Bluelink technicians working off property My Tucson (brand new) came with a small Bluelink issue from the factory that was difficult to correct. When Bluelink technicians working off property were difficult to interact with - Dan, Anthony and Joe were supportive in helping get the answer and advocating for me! They made me feel like part of a team. I am so grateful for their help. My Tucson is now functioning perfectly and brings joy whenever I start it up. Wonderful Customer Service...or should I say, Wonderful Caring Service? More
